Q: I hear on the news that I can buy a gun online because there is a loophole, why should I come to you?
A: The media is partially correct. You can buy a firearm online, but it cannot be sent to you directly. It has to be transferred to a FFL (Federal Firearms License) holder. Stores like ours welcome your online purchase, but there is a nominal fee for transferring, plus shipping from the seller and Nevada State sales tax (same as if you bought it in the store)
Q:Do you do special orders for firearms?
A:We offer a wide selection of firearms, but if we don’t have what you want in stock, we will be happy to order it for you! Please stop by one of our locations or call to check our inventory if you are interested in a specific firearm.
Q:Do you offer layaways for firearm sales?
A:Yes! We offer layaway services for firearm sales. A 25% deposit is due up front to hold the firearm, and you then have 60 days to pay the remaining balance.
Q:What is an FFL?
A:An FFL is a Federal Firearm License. There are currently over 58,000 FFL holders nationwide. FFL holders are commonly gun stores, pawn shops, and retail sporting goods stores. However, there are also many individuals that hold an FFL. All firearms sold online to individuals must be shipped to a local FFL holder who will then transfer the firearm (via ATF form 4473 and FBI background check) to the individual.
